If you have trouble thinking of "something" in the fitness department, that floats your boat, then here's a start. Creating fit habits is so freakin' important that I can't bang on about it enough. No matter what work you do, life you lead, place you live, you always need to create a fitness habit that is with you through all the ups and especially the downs.
